Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer Standard and Express shipping across Australia. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express, depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via Standard International shipping and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
